A new chapter in innovation and entrepreneurship begins for the Visionary Innovators and Business Enthusiasts (VIBE) of Eastern Samar State University – Guiuan Campus as they have successfully joined the Young Entrepreneur Society of the Philippines (YES PH)—the country’s largest and most active entrepreneurship organization.
